Ledgepod runs on your computer. Your broker records and your ledger stay there. Depending on your tier, the app sends the Ledgepod Hub: your chosen username (never your name, email or computer name), the app version, daily and monthly totals, per-ticker and per-hour totals, closed trades for the current period, bank movements as amounts and dates only, and health information such as when the last refresh ran. It never sends account numbers (not even the last four digits), passwords, tokens, file paths, positions or balances, and it refuses to send any report that contains one. You can read the exact last report inside the app at any time.
When you leave the Hub, your reports are deleted within 24 hours. Problem reports you send, and automatic crash reports, go through the same filter.
