Ledgepod is licensed to you, not sold, for your own trading records on your own computers. You may not copy, share, resell, modify, reverse-engineer or extract data from it. The app only reads broker records; it does not place, change or cancel trades. Any trading pod you choose to run trades your account under your own control and at your own risk, and all trading decisions and results are yours. Depending on your tier the app reports results and health information to the Ledgepod Hub under a username — never account numbers, passwords or your name. The software is provided "as is"; Ledgepod LLC is not your broker or adviser and is not liable for trading losses. Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration in New Mexico, with a 30-day opt-out.
